Surrounded by trees hundreds of years old and fifty feet tall sits a beautiful 3 acre lake. On the lake are a series of pavilions built around 30 years ago although records have been hard to find, so we are unsure of the exact date of the original build. They include a living/kitchen area, a separate bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe and another cabin which is right at the lake’s edge. Whilst the cabins are old and in need of extensive work, the beautiful solid timbers of the decking and the walls of the house are irreplaceable in the current day. Look in our showcase to see more photos of this project at the before stage.

Watch our progress as we show that renovations are not always expensive if you plan correctly from the beginning of the project.
